EPL: LVG: blames British Press for United poor form this season!! huh how sir???

The pressure on Manchester United manager Luis Van Gaal, to return his team to winning ways, keeps hitting the headlines everyday, as his team keeps returning poor results.

The coach was on the news today, when Jose Mourinho appeared to have given a hint that he was going to be in United come summer, and "start a new project".


Trust the British Press to pounce on that, and immediately they did, all inks and computers were all about LVG and his out of form team.

Given United  abysmal performance in recent weeks and the defeat at the first leg of the Europa cup, to a team everybody expected to beat, reignited the speculations about his future in the club.

LVG for the first time in weeks, has come out to voice his anger and admitting that the press is behind his team poor performance and drop in form!

The United coach who is preparing his team for the second leg of the europa cup tie, at a press conference, kick that the continued speculations about his future by the press has gotten to his team and that it is beginning to affect their performance in games!

He. was quoted to have said:

"The press speculation about my future in the club is influencing the form of my players and the fans.

But the Press is the problem, and i believe the players have the tools to overcome the negative press"

Jose Mourinho who is the likely replacement to LVG, at the weekend, gave the press another juice to jostle for, and increase the pressure on the United coach.

He told the press that, he is not rushing to land a new job, but stated that, "starting fresh is always a good thing, and hopefully i will be starting a project this summer".

It is always one game away for LVG before he is shown the exit door by the United board. but when is what we do not know. I also do not agree with the coach, that the Press is responsible to his team drop in form.
