PHOTO:Guus Hiddink to stay at Chelsea, as Youth Team Coach, and also as an advisor to Conte the new Chelsea coach! Cech to return?

According to report, Chelsea coach, Guus Hiddink has confirmed that he will be staying at Chelsea next season, but in  advisory position to the new incoming coach.

The 69-year-old came in as interim manager when Jose Mourinho was sacked in December, and will leave that role when Antonio Conte arrives at the club after Euro 2016.

In his new position, Hiddink will concentrate on helping youth team players  to make their way in to the first team.

‘You often see that the young players are not always easy to link up with the first team,

‘You have to use them through sparingly, otherwise they can end up burnt out.

‘I already did that with Bertrand Traore and Ruben Loftus-Cheek, but it needs to happen more often.’

Not only has the Dutchman revealed his Stamford Bridge future, but he is also keen to bring Blues legends Didier Drogba and Petr Cech back to the club

‘They have had much impact here. Once they are really finished their playing career, they can be of great value to the club, such as assistant or scout,’ he said.
With Cech currently playing for rivals Arsenal, this could be worrying news for the Gunners – who only signed him last summer.
