PHOTO: Nigerian court slams 10-year jail term on Walter Watgbtsoma and madam Adaoha Ugo-Nnadi for their role in the 2011 subsidy scam

The Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) earlier today, hit a jackpot in their continued quest to fight corruption to a standstill in Nigeria, as one of the numerous cases in court, finally got a judgement today...

The Lagos high court earlier today, sentenced both Walter Watgbtsoma and Adaoha Ugo-Nnadi to 10-years in prison, in their role in the 2011 subsidy scam in Nigeria, and they are to refund a total sum of N754m to the federal government of Nigeria...

We gladly welcome this sentence, but Nigerians are demanding more of such sentences, and a total recovery of looted funds...not take some and give us some the government is doing...these monies should also be accounted for by the EFCC...

But this is a welcome development and we encourage the federal government to do more...like the case of the Secretary to the federal Government, and Magu...
