The former Liverpool and Manchester United player has taken a big jibe at Arsenal, for their consistency in failing to win a title in over ten years, after winning the Premier League title...

The statement by the Liverpool and United legend, will not come as a shock to many, given that Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho has one time while he was with Chelsea, labelled the Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger, ‘specialist in failure’....

While speaking ahead of the Champions League game between Arsenal and Bayern Munich, Owen while praising the Arsenal team, said:
 ‘I think Arsenal are the most consistent team in the world,’ 
‘Everyone says “we get to a stage and under-perform” but Arsenal are just so consistent.
‘They come third or fourth every year in the league. They get knocked out in the final 16 every year of the Champions League.
 ‘They’re the same every year and they have been for 10-12 years, exactly the same,’ he added.
‘They beat all the rubbish teams in the Premier League or the group stage of the Champions League.

‘As soon as it comes to Bayern Munich or Manchester United or Chelsea, they get beat. They’re so consistent, they’re a level below.

Whittier: Many Injured As Driver Run Into Jogging Law Enforcement Recruits

  A driver is reported to have slammed into more than two dozen law enforcement recruits while out on a run in Whittier, ABC7 reports.  According to the report, authorities say some of them suffered “life-altering injuries” that include head trauma, broken bones and loss of limbs. A class of about 75 recruits were running Wednesday morning as part of a training exercise when a 22-year-old driver crashed into the group in Whittier.  The victims and their injuries A total of five recruits are currently in critical condition, four are being treated for “moderate” injuries and 16 have minor injuries. Sheriff Alex Villanueva said at least one is on a ventilator, ABC7 reports. The recruits were all sent to various hospitals in the Whittier area, but the most critical patients were rushed before paramedics arrived.
