The battle for Celtic Moussa Dembele, has taken another turn, as Kante who is a ‘good’ friend to the Celtic striker, insists the striker is due for a first team national team call up...
 Kante said, joining a bigger team like Chelsea, will give him a much better opportunity to claim a first team shirt at the national level....

Mousssa Dembele who has been a target for most English Premier League club, despite Celtic insisting they are not selling, is willing to listen to advice, if and when he receives a better offer...and Kante is always there to offer such an advice...

Kante while speaking on the striker’s form this season, said:

‘If Dembele is called up, it will be fully deserved. You do not score the amount of goals that he has scored this season and it goes unnoticed,’

 ‘He has been one of the most prolific strikers in Europe this season. He must be playing with so much confidence and that is always one of the most important things for a striker.

‘The coach picks on form. I don’t think the fact he isn’t playing for what people might consider one of the elite European clubs will be held against him.

‘The coach gave me a chance when I was at Leicester and Dimitri Payet a chance when he was at West Ham.

‘I do not think that is a worry. He’s scoring a lot of goals and playing well — that’s all that matters.’

Whittier: Many Injured As Driver Run Into Jogging Law Enforcement Recruits

  A driver is reported to have slammed into more than two dozen law enforcement recruits while out on a run in Whittier, ABC7 reports.  According to the report, authorities say some of them suffered “life-altering injuries” that include head trauma, broken bones and loss of limbs. A class of about 75 recruits were running Wednesday morning as part of a training exercise when a 22-year-old driver crashed into the group in Whittier.  The victims and their injuries A total of five recruits are currently in critical condition, four are being treated for “moderate” injuries and 16 have minor injuries. Sheriff Alex Villanueva said at least one is on a ventilator, ABC7 reports. The recruits were all sent to various hospitals in the Whittier area, but the most critical patients were rushed before paramedics arrived.
