The likes of Neymar, Mbappe and Cavani and others could not hide their excitement when they saw Former LA Lakers star and NBA legend, Kobe Bryant at their training ground. The visit took the players by surprise, as Kobe was the unplanned special guest at the training camp as players prepare for this weekend Ligue1 game.

The 39year old American and five times NBA championship winner, who has been promoting the game of basketball around the world, made a stop at the French side training ground, with the hope of promoting the game of basketball.

He met with the entire squad, but most importantly, two of the world most expensive footballers of Neymar and Mbappe.

The players who could not contain their joy, as they were pleased to receive him, also rushed for autographs and a one on one picture with the basketball legend. See some of the other pictures:

  Pete Davidson’s mom is marking his birthday, as she took to her official social media handle to post throwback photos of the comedian to mark his 29th birthday.  Pete Davidson’s mom, Amy Davidson, posted the comedian photo when he was still a kid to celebrate him as he clocks a year older. The former  Saturday Night Live  comedian was seemingly low-key as he turned 29 on Wednesday, though his mom made sure to draw some attention to her son on social media. “Happiest birthday to you Peter!” she wrote “We love you and you have made us laugh since the day you were born! Whittier: Many Injured As Driver Run Into Jogging Law Enforcement Recruits

  A driver is reported to have slammed into more than two dozen law enforcement recruits while out on a run in Whittier, ABC7 reports.  According to the report, authorities say some of them suffered “life-altering injuries” that include head trauma, broken bones and loss of limbs. A class of about 75 recruits were running Wednesday morning as part of a training exercise when a 22-year-old driver crashed into the group in Whittier.  The victims and their injuries A total of five recruits are currently in critical condition, four are being treated for “moderate” injuries and 16 have minor injuries. Sheriff Alex Villanueva said at least one is on a ventilator, ABC7 reports. The recruits were all sent to various hospitals in the Whittier area, but the most critical patients were rushed before paramedics arrived.
