Allison Holker  is sharing a major life update announcing her engagement to Adam Edmunds. The 'DWTS' alum took to  social media  Thursday to announce Adam had popped the question less than two years into their relationship. Allison Holker posted a bunch of photos from the surprise proposal ... and she says Adam got down on bended knee during a surprise birthday party. Andy Cohen  is reacting to the  Jill Zarin  firing and he says he knew it was bad when a fabrics company with a family connection to Jill came out hard against her on social media. According to the report by TMZ, the network shelved Nicole's show yesterday after the slur was made public ... and Nicole Curtis later issued an apology, telling TMZ the use of that word does not represent who she is. The FBI has a better idea of what the suspect in  Nancy Guthrie disappearance might look like, and, they have increased the reward to aid in their efforts. The federal agency posted a statement mere minutes ago ... announcing the reward for information leading to the location of Nancy Guthrie or the arrest and conviction of those responsible for her abduction has been raised to $100,000. On top of the reward increase, the FBI also announced its Operational Technology Division reviewed the doorbell camera footage ... and the suspect is a male, standing 5' 9" - 5' 10" tall, with an average build. The FBI says he had a black, 25-liter Ozark Trail Hiker Pack backpack -- a detail we also ascertained from the video. The FBI states they've received thousands of tips ... and they review each and every one meticulously.
