NFF:We are not owing Oliseh, as he was overwhelmed by the "nature" of the job!! Chio! LOL

The Nigerian Football Federation (NFF), days after the sudden, and unprofessional resignation of the coach of the Super Eagles Sunday Oliseh, have come out to refute the claim that the Federation is owing the former coach, over 20million naira in salaries and other entitlements.

The Federation has maintained its previous stand that all entitlements and salaries has been cleared, and stories of them owing the coach, are all lies as the coach was merely overwhelmed by the job, which is normal ,considering the fact that he is still learning the act of coaching.

Oliseh resigned as the coach of the Super Eagles on Friday and cited unpaid salaries, lack of cooperation, among other factors as reasons for his decision to quit.

In an official statement, the NFF denied owing the former national team captain, stating that:

“Contrary to claims by Oliseh that he was being owed wages and did not receive support from the NFF, top officials confirmed that he was this week paid the sum of N20 million, being salaries for three months (December 2015, January 2016 and February 2016) and half-year rent for July-December 2015. He was signed on July 2015.

Well, clearly, before his unceremonious resignation, he was owed, and has every right to do what he did, and the NFF should cover their heads in shame!!! how can you engage someone and not pay him??? this NFF sef! seems NFA was even better! LOL
