PHOTO: Sevilla wins third Europa League in a row asLiverpool suffer heartache!

Liverpool were denied their first piece of major European silverware in 11 years as Sevilla won 3-1 in the Europa League final on Wednesday night.

Daniel Sturridge opened the scoring for the Reds in the 35th minute at St. Jakob-Park, but a dramatic comeback from Sevilla after the break saw them claim their third Europa League on the trot.
Just 19 seconds into the second-half, Kevin Gameiro found the net for the La Liga outfit before a brace from Coke secured the victory.
Both sides went into the match undefeated in Europa League finals but Liverpool’s spotless record has now come to an end.

It’s a heartbreaking finish for Jurgen Klopp’s side in Europe after famous wins over Manchester United, Borussia Dortmund and Villarreal.
