According to news report, FA Cup winner, Manchester United on Monday announced the sacking of their coach, Louis van Gaal, and several members of his staff.
It is widely expected that former
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho will take over from the Dutchman.
Van Gaal leaves the club despite
winning the FA Cup, with criticism rife of his failure to get the team in to
the Champions League.
Fans had become unhappy with the
65-year-old’s turgid style of play, and disappointing results have done nothing
to help with supporters’ ire.

Reports also suggest that United
legend Ryan Giggs has also left the club.
Meanwhile, Jose Mourinho is likely
to return to football for the first time since being sacked by Chelsea last
December.
The Portuguese left Stamford Bridge
in controversial circumstances, with the side languishing in 16th less than
eight months after winning the Premier League.
However, the 53-year-old does have
an amazing trophy-winning pedigree, having won 18 major competitions in his
16-year managerial career.
