Juventus are unlikely to hold on to Alvaro Morata this summer, as Real Madrid continue to plot a way of receiving a significant profit on the Spaniard.
The La Liga giants intend on activating
their buy-back clause in the coming months, which will allow them to re-sign
Morata for €30m.
However, their ultimate goal is to make a
profit on the 23-year-old, with both PSG and Arsenal ready to oblige, according
to AS.
Both clubs are prepared to offer him significantly higher wages, up to double what he currently earns, with Real hopeful of receiving a bid of around €60m.
Given that Morata has raised concern over competition for places in the Spanish capital, with Cristiano Ronaldo Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema ahead of him in the pecking order, he is expected to be inclined to make the switch to either Ligue 1 or the Premier League.
It appears as though England would be his preferred destination, but while that remains unclear at this stage, what is certain is that the Bianconeri will be the ones to lose out.
Morata has scored 11 goals and provided 12
assists in 46 appearances in all competitions this season, playing a crucial
role as part of Massimiliano Allegri's squad.
