PHOTO:Jose Mourinho calls those criticizing him and his team as ‘Einsteins’ after struggling to beat a low league side Northampton Town
If you ever think Jose
Mourinho has cooled-off given his team recent run of poor results, you better take that thought
of you mind!...
The Manchester United manager after his team 3-1 win against
Northampton in the EFL Cup, let out some words for critics in an interview with
MUTV
The ex ‘Special One’ has been criticized heavily in the last fortnight
but the United boss was quick to go on the offensive after the victory against
Northampton by sarcastically referring to the side’s detractors as ‘Einsteins’.
he said: ‘We have three home matches now in a row and it is always good to be at
home,’ Mourinho told MUTV.
‘I can understand clearly the disappointment. If the fans have been
disappointed with the last week, I understand completely but I am sure they
will be behind the team like they always are.
‘We had a bad week. I know that the world is full of Einsteins, I know
that they tried to delete 16 years of my career, they tried to delete an
unbelievable history of Manchester United Football Club and to focus on a bad
week with three bad results. But that’s the new football, it’s full of
Einsteins.’
