When asked about his decidion to start the likes of Hazard and Costa from the bench at the weekend, and what his relationship with the players are like after that decision, Conte Said:

‘They understand,’

‘For sure every single player wants to play every game. I know this. But also there is a manager in every team that must make the best decision.

‘Above all in this situation [the important thing] is to get the right balance. Also the chance to give opportunities to other players.

‘Their reaction was good. But for me variation was normal.’
‘I have another day to decide our best XI. I think they are in good condition and in good form. For sure tomorrow I hope to see a good performance from my players.
