PHOTO: Arsenal’s Captain, Laurent Koscielny praises Wenger’s new formation 3-4-3 after Semi Final win, insists 'we are more solid now'

French International, and the Captain of the Arsenal football club, Koscielny has alluded their success at yesterday’s FA Cup Semi Finals win over Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City, to the new Arsene Wenger’s formation of 3-4-3...

...which has seen them win two games after a poor run of results in the Premier league...

Arsenal’s first switch to the now known Conte’s formation was at Middlesbrough, which gave them a win after losing six games in the league...before yesterday’s win against one of the Premier League giants...Manchester City, 2-1...to advance to the final, where they will meet the masters of the 3-4-3 formation themselves, Chelsea...

Koscielny, Gabriel and the Rob Holding, were the three at the back...and the Arsenal Captain feels it was good they switched and it has helped the team...He said:

"There was a tactical turnaround but we have been working on it for 15 days,"

"The system suits certain players but it's also good for the whole team. I think we have also found more confidence in this system with three defenders.

"We are more solid. Commitment and determination also helped us to win because over the whole game we played as a team and fought hard."

Arsenal are still seven points adrift of fourth in the Premier League and have a tricky run-in which, as well as Spurs, includes matches against Manchester United and Everton.
"Before this game we were in quite a dark period, we had lost confidence,"
"This victory has allowed us to regain confidence and keep calm, even if not everything was perfect."
