Former Manchester United and Real Madrid  legend, David Beckham has warned that Neymar is the next big thing in football, and the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi will be careful as the Brazilian is now ready to challenge the two for the world best award...
Though still at age 25, and yet to win the World footballer award, which the likes of Ronaldo and Messi won at that same age, even younger, the former England International still believes Neymar has grown in his game, and he is ready to fight for the award...He said:

‘It’s been clear ever since he signed for Brazilian team Santos at 17 that Neymar is an outstanding talent, a once-in-a-generation type of footballer who has fans on their feet whenever he gets the ball,’


‘I’ve always been struck by his humility. He’s respectful and wants to learn, which he proved when he arrived at Barcelona in 2013 to play alongside some of the game’s biggest stars. 

‘I suspect the recent Champions League game against Paris Saint-Germain, when Neymar helped his team to an unforgettable 6-1 win, will be remembered as the moment he stepped up to take on the mantle of best player in the world.  

‘Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo have a new rival to that claim – and Neymar is ready to make his move.’

Whittier: Many Injured As Driver Run Into Jogging Law Enforcement Recruits

  A driver is reported to have slammed into more than two dozen law enforcement recruits while out on a run in Whittier, ABC7 reports.  According to the report, authorities say some of them suffered “life-altering injuries” that include head trauma, broken bones and loss of limbs. A class of about 75 recruits were running Wednesday morning as part of a training exercise when a 22-year-old driver crashed into the group in Whittier.  The victims and their injuries A total of five recruits are currently in critical condition, four are being treated for “moderate” injuries and 16 have minor injuries. Sheriff Alex Villanueva said at least one is on a ventilator, ABC7 reports. The recruits were all sent to various hospitals in the Whittier area, but the most critical patients were rushed before paramedics arrived.
