PHOTO: Billionaire Kidnapper, Evans has charged the Nigerian Police to Court for unlawful 'detention'

Notorious and dreaded Lagos Kidnapper, Mr Chukwudumene Onwuamadike popularly known as 'Evans', has charged the Nigerian Police to Court, for unlawful detention and media trial by the Inspector General of the Nigerian Police....

Evans who filed a lawsuit challenging the Police for holding him 'unlawfully' for almost a month now (since June 6th, 2017) without charging him to Court, and the constant media trial, is calling for the Court to order for his immediate release by the Police or charge him to Court as required by the law...

In the case filed by Evans, he joined  the likes of Commissioner of Police in Lagos State, Inspector General of Police, and head of Lagos Special Anti-Robbery Squad...charging them all for alleged human right abuse for his continued illegal detention, torture and media trial by the Police...

...though the Lagos Police command have said they have Court permission to hold on to Evans, for three Months as their investigation is still on-going, as they intend to follow up his case to Ghana and SouthAfrica...

...places and Countries where it is alleged he has taken some of his gains from kidnapping and some members of his gangs are currently hiding...also, the court permission to keep him in Police Custody according to the Police, is renewable...

...so, in essence, Evans has no case here...I mean...imagine a kidnapper asking to be freed....lol...wahala dey!!! lol...I know he is human too...but he should allow the Police finish their Investigation, then he can go and fight his battle in court...after confessing to the whole world...Evans needs a good advice from a more knowledgeable and experience lawyers....
