PHOTO: Germany Parliament officially approve same sex marriage!

Germany is now one of the countries in the world, where same sex marriage is legal...after lawmakers in a huge percentage vote, favoured the bill allowing German citizens to marry in a same sex Union...

This news means, Germany now joins the likes of other three European Countries where same sex marriage and association have been approved...such countries as Britain, Spain and France already approved same sex marriage in what ever form...

...though some lawmakers in the ruling party frowned against the passage...but it has been jubilations outside the Parliament lower house...where supporters are carrying placards displaying messages of
"Marriage for all - make love for all".


In speaking on the history move by the Parliament, one of the known same sex and marriage equality activist, Soeren Landmann while speaking on the news, said:

"This is simply a historic day for Germany,"

"Today, thousands of same-sex couples were given equality, and the two-class society in matters of love was abolished. Germany can really rejoice today."

...but we are yet to hear from the German Chancellor Merkel...who in some way, has been againts same sex marriage, together with his party, allowed parliamentary members to vote their conscience not minding the party stance...is yet to speak on the new development...more details to come....

Whittier: Many Injured As Driver Run Into Jogging Law Enforcement Recruits

  A driver is reported to have slammed into more than two dozen law enforcement recruits while out on a run in Whittier, ABC7 reports.  According to the report, authorities say some of them suffered “life-altering injuries” that include head trauma, broken bones and loss of limbs. A class of about 75 recruits were running Wednesday morning as part of a training exercise when a 22-year-old driver crashed into the group in Whittier.  The victims and their injuries A total of five recruits are currently in critical condition, four are being treated for “moderate” injuries and 16 have minor injuries. Sheriff Alex Villanueva said at least one is on a ventilator, ABC7 reports. The recruits were all sent to various hospitals in the Whittier area, but the most critical patients were rushed before paramedics arrived.
