Chelsea whose initial bid for the defender was rejected, are now hoping to make it a double swoop, as they are also targeting Bonucci, who could cost well over £40million...

 Blues manager, Antonio Conte who have been given over £200Million in this transfer market, will not see that as a problem, as the player already hinted he would love to rekindle relationship with he former Italian and Juventus Boss...as Conte looks to create more competitions in all areas for his players...

Director General to the Seria A giant, Mr Bepp Marotta while responding to the news, said:
   

‘A substantial offer has arrived for Alex Sandro,’

‘We have no intention of selling anyone, but if a player decides to leave, as has happened in previous years, then at the end of the day he has to go, because we don’t keep anyone against their will.

‘But at the moment there are no such situations and I hope nobody will leave.’

...other players likely to join the Chelsea team as negotiations are reportedly still on-going are Robert Lewandowski, Bonucci, Bakayoko (deal almost 80% done), Dani Alves, and Lukaku ( highly unlikely due to transfer fee)...

Whittier: Many Injured As Driver Run Into Jogging Law Enforcement Recruits

  A driver is reported to have slammed into more than two dozen law enforcement recruits while out on a run in Whittier, ABC7 reports.  According to the report, authorities say some of them suffered “life-altering injuries” that include head trauma, broken bones and loss of limbs. A class of about 75 recruits were running Wednesday morning as part of a training exercise when a 22-year-old driver crashed into the group in Whittier.  The victims and their injuries A total of five recruits are currently in critical condition, four are being treated for “moderate” injuries and 16 have minor injuries. Sheriff Alex Villanueva said at least one is on a ventilator, ABC7 reports. The recruits were all sent to various hospitals in the Whittier area, but the most critical patients were rushed before paramedics arrived.
