PHOTO NEWS: EPL Team, Everton Presents Ugandan Dictator, Yoweri Museveni with a Jersey

Finally Pictures surfaces online of Everton's officials, actually presenting a club jersey to one of African's long serving President, and a dictator, Yoweri Museveni of Uganda in his office.

This to me, is very disappointing to see, and you would want to ask, what was the Jersey meant for? to make him encourage football in his country or what?
There is no doubt for the last few years, the Ugandan Football has seen alot of improvement, but what  can a man that cannot encourage popular participation in an electoral system in his country do to encourage football development. Since he cannot give Uganda people popular democracy, he is sure not capable of encouraging Sports.

Also, I feel FIFA has a role to play here, as it should move that any country with a sit-tight President, such as Uganda, Zimbabwe and others, should be ban from all football related activities. FIFA can do this to encourage and promote democracy in the world, Africa in particular.
