The Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello who has been tagged as the 'Action' Governor, who talk less and do more, has once again, lived up to that nicked-name, as he flagged off yet another Project in the state. The new project is the construction of 240 blocks of two classrooms in 80 Primary schools across the 21 Local Government Areas of within the State.

 The Governor who along his Commissioners and Project manager, kicked off the first phase of the Project at the GYB Model Primary School, said his administration will do everything possible to provide comfortable edifice and quality education for the children of the poorest of the poor in the State, and those that cannot take their children to private schools. UFC star Israel Adesanya was arrested Wednesday afternoon for criminal possession of a weapon at JFK airport in NYC, TMZ reports. According to the report, UFC star Israel Adesanya was allegedly busted while going through security with metal knuckles. The arrest was made by the Port Authority Police Department near the TSA screening area near the American Airlines terminal around 1:57 PM.   Pete Davidson’s mom is marking his birthday, as she took to her official social media handle to post throwback photos of the comedian to mark his 29th birthday.  Pete Davidson’s mom, Amy Davidson, posted the comedian photo when he was still a kid to celebrate him as he clocks a year older. Whittier: Many Injured As Driver Run Into Jogging Law Enforcement Recruits

  A driver is reported to have slammed into more than two dozen law enforcement recruits while out on a run in Whittier, ABC7 reports.  According to the report, authorities say some of them suffered “life-altering injuries” that include head trauma, broken bones and loss of limbs. A class of about 75 recruits were running Wednesday morning as part of a training exercise when a 22-year-old driver crashed into the group in Whittier.  The victims and their injuries A total of five recruits are currently in critical condition, four are being treated for “moderate” injuries and 16 have minor injuries. Sheriff Alex Villanueva said at least one is on a ventilator, ABC7 reports. The recruits were all sent to various hospitals in the Whittier area, but the most critical patients were rushed before paramedics arrived.
