PHOTO NEWS: President Buhari Arrives Home Town of Daura for Sallah Celebration

The President of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari, today, arrived his home town of Daura in preparation of the Eid El Kabir celebration, which is set for Friday, 1st of September 2017.

The President who left Abuja for Katsina State after the executive meeting was received by people of his state, led by the state Governor himself, Mr. Aminu Bello Masari and other top personalities from Daura.

This will be the first time the President will be going to his home Town Daura and State, since returning from his long medical leave in London. This President who was happy to be back, his looking to spend the Sallah Holidays with his people. See more picture:

  Pete Davidson’s mom is marking his birthday, as she took to her official social media handle to post throwback photos of the comedian to mark his 29th birthday.  Pete Davidson’s mom, Amy Davidson, posted the comedian photo when he was still a kid to celebrate him as he clocks a year older. The former  Saturday Night Live  comedian was seemingly low-key as he turned 29 on Wednesday, though his mom made sure to draw some attention to her son on social media. “Happiest birthday to you Peter!” she wrote “We love you and you have made us laugh since the day you were born! Whittier: Many Injured As Driver Run Into Jogging Law Enforcement Recruits

  A driver is reported to have slammed into more than two dozen law enforcement recruits while out on a run in Whittier, ABC7 reports.  According to the report, authorities say some of them suffered “life-altering injuries” that include head trauma, broken bones and loss of limbs. A class of about 75 recruits were running Wednesday morning as part of a training exercise when a 22-year-old driver crashed into the group in Whittier.  The victims and their injuries A total of five recruits are currently in critical condition, four are being treated for “moderate” injuries and 16 have minor injuries. Sheriff Alex Villanueva said at least one is on a ventilator, ABC7 reports. The recruits were all sent to various hospitals in the Whittier area, but the most critical patients were rushed before paramedics arrived.
