Former Super Eagles and Arsenal player, Nwankwo KANU today, was pictured with some volunteers as they create Cancer awareness in Nigeria, as they do the 'walk away Cancer walk.
The walk which was to create awareness amongst Nigerians saw the ex-Super Eagles star and football legend alongside Daniel Amokachi, spotting a shirt with pink inscriptions with a message about Cancer.
The move was to educate citizens about Cancer and how to seek help and early detection and checkups, as Cancer seems to have become the number one killer in our society today. But having it is not a death sentence.
Since retiring from football, even in his active days as a professional footballer, KANU has always given back to society through his foundation, and this new one is just one out of hundreds of his reach to help society live a better life.
