The year 2017 without a doubt has been the most memorable year for the former number one world tennis star, and legend Serena Williams. From winning grand slams to getting married and having a baby. All these, the tennis legend took to her social media page to celebrate, as the year comes to a successful end. She wrote:


"This year has been amazing for me. As it comes to its end I want to share 10 personal moments. 

1. The day I found out I was pregnant. I had to pretend I everything was normal but I was dying inside. After all I had a grand slam to play. 

2. Melbourne 7 weeks pregnant 

3. Wow I won the Australian Open. I was 9 weeks by than. No one knew outside of venus and my fiancé Alexis 

4. Everyone got me stuffed animals for my bridal shower. 


5. 24 weeks.

UFC star Israel Adesanya was arrested Wednesday afternoon for criminal possession of a weapon at JFK airport in NYC, TMZ reports.   Pete Davidson’s mom is marking his birthday, as she took to her official social media handle to post throwback photos of the comedian to mark his 29th birthday.  Pete Davidson’s mom, Amy Davidson, posted the comedian photo when he was still a kid to celebrate him as he clocks a year older. The former  Saturday Night Live  comedian was seemingly low-key as he turned 29 on Wednesday, though his mom made sure to draw some attention to her son on social media. “Happiest birthday to you Peter!” she wrote “We love you and you have made us laugh since the day you were born! Whittier: Many Injured As Driver Run Into Jogging Law Enforcement Recruits

  A driver is reported to have slammed into more than two dozen law enforcement recruits while out on a run in Whittier, ABC7 reports.  According to the report, authorities say some of them suffered “life-altering injuries” that include head trauma, broken bones and loss of limbs. A class of about 75 recruits were running Wednesday morning as part of a training exercise when a 22-year-old driver crashed into the group in Whittier.  The victims and their injuries A total of five recruits are currently in critical condition, four are being treated for “moderate” injuries and 16 have minor injuries. Sheriff Alex Villanueva said at least one is on a ventilator, ABC7 reports. The recruits were all sent to various hospitals in the Whittier area, but the most critical patients were rushed before paramedics arrived.
