King Charles III has described the ‘daunting’ and ‘frightening’ experience of being told you have cancer.   In what has been described as his most ‘poignant’ and ‘deeply personal’ words about the illness fifteen months after his own diagnosis, the monarch also revealed he had taken inspiration from the late Dame  Deborah James .   She urged sufferers, he said, with moving magnificence to ‘find a life worth enjoying; take risks; love deeply; have no regrets; and always, always have rebellious hope.’ His Majesty King Charles III opened up in a message to fellow sufferers as they are invited to  Buckingham Palace  tonight to recognise the incredible work of community-based  cancer  organisations.   The King is himself still undergoing regular treatments as someone ‘living with cancer’, although aides say his recovery continues in a ‘very positive direction, as reflected with the very full national and international diary programme’...

Chris Pontius  says he's gotten up close and personal with silverback gorillas before and, if he were a betting man, he's putting his money on one gorilla to take down 100 dudes, TMZ reports. TMZ reported that they caught up with the "Jackass" star Chris Pontius on Tuesday afternoon, and asked him the question consuming the internet right now, could 100 men defeat a full-grown gorilla in combat or would the primate go ape on the legion of guys? Chris Pontius says he and Steve-O went into the jungles of Rwanda for their show "Wildboyz" back in the day ... and, they got to observe a group of wild gorillas in close quarters -- and he thinks one gorilla could beat down a group of 100 guys. Chris says gorillas are just too big, too fast and too terrifying for men to handle -- arguing enough of the 100 guys would end up dead just from trampling over one another trying to run away from the beast. Brian McKnight  says  Jaguar Wright  is talking crazy when she claims he abused his ex-wife and some prostitutes, so now he’s suing her for defamation over it., TMZ reports. According to the report by TMZ, Brian McKnight just filed the suit against Jaguar for a bunch of things she's been saying about him online, which he says are blatant lies. According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Brian McKnight claims Jaguar went on social media and alleged McKnight was hiring prostitutes and physically abusing them during sexual encounters. He says that never happened. What's more, Brian claims Jaguar also alleged he was an abusive husband to his ex-wife Julie McKnight, who Jaguar claims is her cousin. Fat Joe has filed a hefty lawsuit against his former hypeman for slandering him on social media, claiming the guy and his lawyer are trying to shake him down for a payday, TMZ reports. TMZ reported that the tabloid obtained a court document filed by Fat Joe on Tuesday, in which he claims his former hypeman Terrance "T.A." Dixon is trying to collect money he didn't earn and resorted to publicly calling the rapper a pedophile on social media when he didn't get his way. The suit filed by Fat Joe claimed Dixon flew a 16-year-old girl across state lines for sex and posted the allegation along with a picture of Joe, Diddy, and DJ Khaled. Joe's legal counsel claims the allegations were made as part of a money grab generated by Dixon's attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, who's also representing Diddy accuser Lil Rodney in a separate case. Justice Njideka Nwosu-Iheme of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Wuse Zone 2, Abuja, has sentenced the husband of late gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu, Peter Nwachukwu, to death by hanging.   Justice Nwosu-Iheme found him guilty of culpable homicide resulting in the death of the deceased on April 8, 2022. The judge sentenced Nwachukwu to death while sentencing him after the court had held that the prosecution had proven the burden of proof placed on it by the law and subsequently found the defendant guilty. Nwachukwu was arraigned on June 3, 2022, by the Office of the Attorney-General of the Federation (OAGF), on behalf of the Federal Government, on a 23-count charge bordering on culpable homicide punishable with death, criminal intimidation, cruelty to children, criminal intimidation of children, spousal battery, among others. Milton Jones has revealed he has been diagnosed with prostate  cancer  and is preparing to undergo surgery.   Milton Jones, 60, announced the worrying news in a statement on Monday as he cancelled a string of tour days.
