Blake Lively And Anna Kendrick Pose For Awkward Red Carpet Snaps

Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick posed for awkward red carpet snaps as they attended the Another Simple Favor premiere red carpet in NYC on Sunday, DailyMail reports.

 According to the report by DailyMail, the 37-year-old Gossip Girl sensation grinned and wrapped her arm around the 39-year-old Pitch Perfect star as they posed side-by-side for snapshots and attempted to brush off rumours of an ongoing feud.

Blake arrived in a cleavage-accentuating Cinderella blue gown with cutouts while Anna flashed her toned midriff in a cropped white top and matching high-waisted trousers.

The women even held hands at one point and flashed their megawatt smiles as they promoted the A Simple Favor sequel, which comes out on Prime Video May 1.

It comes amid speculation of a clash between them, and as Lively's ongoing legal battle against It Ends With Us co-star and director Justin Baldoni stretches on.

Fans initially suspected that there was bad blood among the actresses earlier this year.

One point of contention was said to be over billing for their forthcoming movie, while it's also been claimed that Kendrick is upset Lively's legal ordeal with Justin has overshadowed the new film. 

Fans' concerns were stoked when Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick appeared at SXSW in Texas in March.

The mother-of-three also outlined missed work opportunities in the explosive lawsuit. 

One of the missed work gigs listed was hosting the season 50 premiere of Saturday Night Live in September, which came the month after the feature was released.

'The effects on Ms. Lively’s professional life were immediate and substantial,' said the document.

'Given the ongoing nature of the campaign and the associated negative public sentiment, Ms. Lively did not believe she could proceed with public appearances or events without being forced to openly discuss what happened on set,' the filing stated.

Justin vehemently denies her allegations and filed the  $400million defamation and extortion lawsuit against her, Ryan and their publicist Leslie Sloane. It is due to be heard in court in March 2026.

UFC star Israel Adesanya was arrested Wednesday afternoon for criminal possession of a weapon at JFK airport in NYC, TMZ reports. According to the report, UFC star Israel Adesanya was allegedly busted while going through security with metal knuckles. The arrest was made by the Port Authority Police Department near the TSA screening area near the American Airlines terminal around 1:57 PM. TMZ reported that Brass knuckles are illegal (a class A misdemeanour) in the state of New York. It’s also illegal to carry them on your person or in your carry-on bag. It’s unclear where the alleged brass knuckles were stored. It’s unclear if cops will issue Adesanya a Desk Appearance Ticket or if he will remain in custody.
