Cardi B Roasted For Revealing She Hasn't Washed Her Hair In 3 Months

Cardi B disgusted fans after she made a bizarre claim that she hadn't washed her her hair in three months - while joking that she 'probably has roach eggs in here.'

In an Instagram livestream that the artist held earlier in the week, she admitted that it had been quite some time since she last cleaned her locks - estimating it had been three months.

 

'I gotta oil down my scalp, 'cause tomorrow I'm gonna do my real hair,' the singer said during the livestream. 

'I'm gonna wash it then on Wednesday I'm gonna braid it,' the 33-year-old continued, before professing: 'I haven't washed my s**t in like two months.'

'Matter of fact I'm lying,' the mom-of-three admitted. 'Like three months, I don't f**king know.'

'I probably got all types of roach eggs, mosquito eggs, everything in this b**ch right here,' she said, tapping her head.

Followers flocked to the comment section to share their thoughts after it was reposted online, and many were shocked by her admission.

'Ima throw up for real,' one revolted user wrote.

'And the celebration of mental illness continues daily,' another scathingly wrote. 

Others defended the artist, saying Cardi B was being facetious.

'That’s just her sense of humor lol,' said one user.

'Y'all take everything she said so seriously. There’s not roach eggs in her hair like [be for real],' shot back another.

According to Healthline, not washing your hair enough may lead to conditions like dandruff or itchy scalp. 

The health site also stated not washing your hair can cause oils to accumulate on the scalp which can result in odor forming on the scalp and hair.

'If you use hair care products, these can also build up on your scalp and create odors, even if the products themselves smell good,' it pointed out.

In addition to her bizarre hair claim, Cardi B, who is expecting a baby with NFL player Stefon Diggs, went on a furious tirade against US President Donald Trump during the livestream.

The Grammy-award winning artist blasted everyone who voted for him in the 2024 election and ranted about the millions of Americans who will be losing access to food stamps next week. 

The rapper  - who has ranted over Trump before - called out those who voted for the former mogul in hopes that he would improve their economic state.

She pulled no punches as she said: 'Donald Trump was never for y’all poor motherf***ers. 

'Donald Trump was never for the poor people. For the white poors, for the Black poors, for the Spanish poors, for the Asians, for the Indians. He don’t give a f*** about none of y’all motherf***ers. To him, even millionaires are poor.'

The star seemingly was responding to the announcement that millions are set to lose access to food benefits next month, which has left Americans divided, amid the government shutdown.
