Madonna Reveals New Career Choice As A Kabbalah Teacher

Madonna has revealed her unusual new career choice as a Kabbalah teacher as she offered to teach fans about her 'spiritual journey' in an online course. 

The Queen of Pop, Madonna, 67, shared a new video to Instagram advertising the $30 (£22) course alongside inspirational speaker at The Kabbalah Centre International, Eitan Yardeni.

Madonna discovered Kabbalah in 1996 before welcoming her first child Lourdes Leon and has recently said it was a turning point in her life.

 

Now, the icon wants fans to join her 'for a deep study to reveal ancient spiritual secrets to help accelerate your spiritual growth and manifest your higher purpose'. 

In a video giving a glimpse, the Like a Virgin hitmaker explained how she 'wants to punish' people and the way she resists is by 'humanizing' them. 

Eitan said: 'The power of forgiveness and one of the questions we have to ask ourselves is the lessons we have learnt from this'.

Interrupting, Madonna said: 'You have to humanize people, whenever I'm having a hard time dealing with someone or somebody and I think how I want to punish them.

'I just think that this person was a young child once and they were beautiful. When I can see that I can humanize them'. 

'That's out goal in life to be a greater channel of love', Eitan added.

The Kabbalah master class subscription is suggested for users to pay $30 a month but as the profits support others accessing Kabbalah and subscribers can choose to pay more or less. 

Kabbalah is a Jewish mystical philosophy and interpretive tradition. It examines the symbolic and esoteric nature of God, creation, and the universe.

The word itself means 'to receive.'

Its teachings draw on concepts such as the Sefirot (divine emanations) and the Tree of Life.

Together, these ideas are meant to help followers deepen their understanding of the divine and their relationship with God.

Elsewhere, Madonna spoke candidly about the spiritual practices during her first ever podcast interview while appearing on, On Purpose with Jay Shetty.  

 

'You need to be spiritual to be successful. Success is having a spiritual life, period. I wouldn't be here if I didn't have one,' she said.

'What have I done for others? That's really the only way you can be successful in life,' she said, stressing that her purpose has always been to 'reveal light in the world' through her work.

'I want it all, but I want it for the sake of sharing, not to keep it for myself,' the seven-time Grammy winner stressed.

 

Madonna, who has long been celebrated for challenging norms and using her platform to advocate for human rights, admitted she has had to overcome deep challenges along the way. 

'I was once a slave or victim of other people's opinions of me,' she reflected.

But over time, she's embraced her individuality and that she doesn't 'fit in.' 

'Not fitting in is what saves you,' she told listeners. 

In the wide-ranging interview, the mother-of-six emphasized how spirituality sustains her not during moments of triumph, but in times of hardship. 

'Spiritual wisdom is not helpful when everything's going your way. It's helpful when you're challenged and when you're happy,' she explained.

She continued: 'It's helpful to remember that at any given time, in any moment, it could be gone. So don't take it for granted. Have humility. Radical acceptance is just accepting that what is happening to you is meant to happen to you — and that you're going to be okay.'
