Billy Ray Cyrus’s Ex Firerose Accuses Him Of Being 'Narcissistic'
Billy Ray Cyrus’s ex Firerose has slammed him in a fiery TikTok video on Friday, Daily Mail reports.
And she did so with a recent trend of using a combination of Billy Joel's The Piano Man and Fleetwood Mac's Silver Springs as photos and video were rolled out.
According to the report by Daily Mail, Billy Ray Cyrus’s ex Firerose, 37-year-old songbird shared images of herself
when she was in her twenties then added clips with the 64-year-old father of Miley Cyrus.
'In your 20s, you'll meet a 49-year-old man
who convinces you you're his soulmate,' the 36-year-old wrote across the
montage as she shared a look at the famed country singer who is now 64. They
reportedly met in 2010 when she was 22-years-old.
'It is very important you do not believe him,' her second
cryptic note read as she could be seen breaking down in tears in one of the
videos.
Then her caption went on to explain how she feels without naming the
star who now dates British actress Elizabeth Hurley.
In the past, Cyrus has vehemently denied
Firerose's allegations of emotional abuse and he even claimed that he was the
one who had been verbally abused during their short marriage.
'If you've survived narcissistic abuse,
you're not alone,' began the blonde who was married to Cyrus from October 2023
until he filed for divorce in May 2024.
'It's chilling how similar survivors' experiences really
are,' added the celebrity.
'Behind closed doors, it's always the same playbook.
Control, isolation, rage, manipulation, walking on eggshells, cognitive
dissonance, feeling like the only person in the world that can be experiencing
what you are.'
She concluded by saying, 'You are far stronger than you
think. Love is always still real, even if what you're experiencing right now is
abuse, not love.'
When Cyrus filed for divorce he cited irreconcilable
differences and inappropriate marital conduct, according to court documents
seen by People.
In his filings, Cyrus also sought a temporary restraining
order to prevent Firerose from accessing his finances.
Firerose responded in June 2024 with allegations of
emotional and psychological abuse and asked the court for spousal support.
Her filings stated that she had 'no income'
following their split and accused Cyrus of abruptly cutting her off financially
after their separation.
In the summer of 2024 things got worse as they both
submitted additional declarations.
Cyrus denied Firerose's allegations through his attorneys
and claimed she had continued using his credit card without permission after he
filed.
Firerose maintained that she was dependent on him
financially and that she had contributed to his music projects during their
relationship.
They settled the divorce in August 2024.
A source from People claimed that Firerose chose to 'walk
away without fighting for money in order to be done with the volatile
relationship and anything having to do with Billy.'
Prior to that, an insider revealed that Billy felt 'happy
to be out of [his] marriage.'
Friends of the musician claimed that he just wanted to
'to put all the drama in the past' following their acrimonious split.
The insider told People: 'He has a good support system.
He's happy in Nashville and doing well. He's with close friends and he has
great contact with [his daughter] Noah.
He's happy to be out of the marriage. [He
feels like the relationship was] all a scam and he feels lucky that he figured
it all out.'
Firerose's post comes just days after Cyrus' daughter
Miley announced she is engaged to her boyfriend of four years, Maxx
Morando.
