The 46-year-old Fast & Furious star Tyrese Gibson has a warrant out for his arrest after his neighbor's dog was found dead.   Fulton County Police Animal Services have linked one of his four Cane Corso dogs to the fatal incident, according to WSBTV News.   It's believed that the singer-turned-actor regularly allowed the canines to 'roam freely.'
